Plasters over patches

Hi, I've been on them for four weeks now but I'm so worried that it will fall off that I put two plasters over it. Then I've just read that the medicine on the patches will soak into the plaster. This seems a bit unlikely but does anyone actually know if it does?

I’ve not had an issue with my patches falling off. I apply them to the bottom and my knickers cover the patch which helps keep the patch in place and I forget it’s there.

I use a clear Waterproof Transparent Stretch Adhesive Bandage Clear Adhesive Bandages Dressing Tape for Tattoo Aftercare/Keep Wound/Fexed Plaster, 10 cm x 10 [[https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08TWSX76J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_lVatL9A6sxyk5?tag=mumsnetforu03-21 dressing strip]] , like the sort of thing they use over wounds etc - it makes it a bit more fiddly to apply but they stay on really well.
