Not Feeling Right

Hi. I'm 52 and I am on the Evorel Sequi HRT patches. They have helped with concentration and I don't have periods anymore.

Just recently I feel really apathetic and low. Obviously feeling isolated during the pandemic and other things going on in my life haven't helped.

I just don't feel like myself at all and think it is to do with the menopause. I don't want to go on antidepressants but can't seem to snap out of it.

I enjoy reading and walks but can't seem to motivate myself to do much else.

Anyone experienced this? Thanks

It's hard to say. Many things can be due to the menopause but not everything is.
You could ask your GP to increase your oestrogen but, if there is no improvement, it may not be related

Thanks for the suggestion. I've felt down before but have managed to snap out of it and get motivated so thought it may be a menopausal thing.
