Omg, DH is WFH and then off 2 weeks at Christmas. I have no personal space. He doesn't go anywhere. He is currently watching annoying programmes (several episodes of Australian border force programme) and has the volume too loud for me. I've been at my mum's cooking and cleaning all day and just want to sit quietly for a while. It's suffocating.
I get annoyed with so many people

Are you on Hrt?

I only ask as I am, but took myself off for a few days, due to bleeding and pain. OMG, I was slam dunked into the irritability hell hole! My OH and teen kids bore the brunt. I just lashed out like a psycho. Straight back on Hrt and I am a bit calmer.

I try and stay away from people in general, whilst I try to balance my hormones a bit better.

Hope you can get some peace and space from somewhere.
