I suffer this too. Especially at night. I have slathered on buckets of moisturiser and find it has helped. I guess that the skin is losing elasticity and becoming dry.. god this is a shit time!

CeraVe cream, everywhere! Pop an antihistamine oyf it gets too bad.

I take piriton daily to stop the itching. It is absolutely horrible, I feel for you so much.

Cocoa butter body lotion, lots of it.

Oh god me too! I'm on HRT. It drives me crazy they itch so much.

Is this an early menopause symptom? I am almost 40 and in the last few weeks I have been getting increasingly itchy breasts, particularly at night

I’ve had one itchy nipple for many years now. It’s maddening. No idea what causes it. I’m going through menopause though. But it’s been the 7 year itch.
