I've had no period for 6 weeks after an erratic 18months and suddenly massive hot flushes have arrived & splitting headaches. I'm assuming this is meno properly landing. Didn't expect it to be so extreme. I feel 80 not 53 - hoping this is actually relatively normal. Clearly won't get to see a GP until in the New Year.. anyone else have this experience ???
