How soon after stopping the utrogestan part do you get a bleed?

I had regular cycles before starting HRT (I’m 46) and am using oestrogel daily and 200mg oral utrogestan for 12 days each month on a 16 off 12 on pattern. First three months I bled about at the end of the progesterone or a day after stopping it but I finished it Tuesday and I’m day 35 on my cycle and no period.
I am so bloated with painful boobs but no period type pain or anything and wondering what’s happening ?
Any suggestions?

Bump! I’m really worried!

For me it has varied (I'm on an sequential pill HRT which is 14/14) - to start with was 18 days after starting the progesterone pills - now more often around 12 days

I’m day 5 on the no utrogestan days so guessing that’s it for this month. Gutted as I was hoping it would settle the bloat.

I've only had 2 full cycles of it, had massive bleeding and pain 5 days after finishing the first packet. Like periods were in my twenties. 2nd packet, all the pre symptoms and bloating but no bleed at all. Go figure.

I have been taking utrogestan since October but haven’t bled at all is this normal or should I have bled?
