Hi. I'm three weeks into using evorel sequi patches. On the oestrogen only I was feeling miles better than I had for two years. However after three days on the combi patch I've started feeling really sick this evening. I am sleeping like a log but I'm noticing that from around 3pm I'm exhausted. None stop yawning! My boobs are a bit tender which I was expecting.
Anyone else felt sick and sleepy?

Hi I'm on week 4 of the same patches and have had nausea and fatigue. I think it can be quite common and hopefully will settle down

I was so crap on them I've asked to change onto something else.

I have always suffered with mastalgia but the pain for 2 weeks was absolutely excruciating 😳

Thank you. My boobs aren't agony just a bit tender. After saying I've been sleeping well I was awake half the night listening to snoring Dh Angry
I've told him he can sleep in our middle child's room tonight as he's off out for a meal with friends and I'm in work at 4.30am Confused
I'll stick with them obviously and see how I get on. I was thinking of asking for the stronger patches with the oestrogen but don't think I want strong combi patches. Not sure how it works. X

I’ve taken for 3 months but I’ve had to stop.
The conti patches were giving me bad pmt symptoms too.

I’ve stopped because I feel like an emotional wreck on them.Didn’t see a massive improvement on anything really either, possibly the joint pain is all.

I'm using half the oestrogen only patches continually whilst waiting for the GP to write to gynae for advice FFS

It's been such a complete debacle.

I went through the menopause matters website (that they refer you to) and asked for the 3 monthly cycle.

When I said I couldn't have the Mirena coil (already discussed and discarded with consultant) it was oh I don't know then 🤷🏽‍♀️ this is a very large multi site amalgamated practice!!!

Don't want to stop the oestrogen altogether as I could such bad muscle pain when I started it.

Period is on its way as my boobs are hurting all on their own (as usual) but not utter agony like with Conti patch.
