5 years post meno and started HRT 3 months ago (joint pain had become unbearable). Oestrogel 2 pumps pm and Utrogestan vaginally alternate nights. All has gone well, no issues at all. Libido has returned, joint pain has gone plus I'm sleeping brilliantly yayy!
Just in the last few days I'm feeling constantly sick and a bit jittery, I'd expected it when starting but it seems odd 3 months later. I'm not sure what to do, might it pass or should I try one pump of oestrogel see if that stops it? Just wondering as I'm a few years post meno less may be needed.
