Started evorel conti 1 month ago and keep crying. Feel emotionally drained and blubbering at anything. Anyone else have this. Also lethargic.

Well honestly I think that's more symptoms of menopause. I think the meds will kick in after a couple of months and you will feel better. Menopause can be really shitty and I remember either crying or being angry.
Its really important to take the hrt, eat properly and fet a lot of exercise.
When I researched menopause at the university I worked at at the time women who exercised regularly found they had the least symptoms.
I did also try several different types of hrt before finding one that really suited me.
Good luck.

Hi ladies
I'm new here and I've been reading some of the threads and I'm surprised at how many of you have the same kind of problem as me so I'm hoping that some of you will answer me.
So I was without a period since November 2020 thought that was it and menopause was here until last Thursday 😕 about 3 days before I wasn't feeling too good and noticed my breast were tender then on thurs after going to the toilet I noticed brown discharge not much but it was there, this went on for 5 days then yesterday morning I woke and it was like a heavy period red not loads but enough. I rang the doctors and explained and was told I couldn't get a face to face appoint but a female doctor would call me bk which she did. She asked me to go in today to be examined and have some swabs taken. Today I'm still bleeding and the period pain symptoms are worse the belly ache back ache headache etc the doctor did tell me that if the bleeding was too bad then to ring because she probably wouldn't be able to do the examination but I'm going anyway because I am so worried and my anxiety is through the roof. I would appreciate any advice thank you ❤

Hi @Bevvy66 that does sound like a worrying thing, no wonder your anxiety is high. It's good your gp is doing tests, in the mean time try some soothing rhythm breathing and meditation, have a Google, there are some good guided ones on YouTube and insight timer. It might help you cope whilst you're waiting for results.
Menopause is a tricky time for many of us, so many symptoms....
There's loads of good women led menopause sites too that might talk about having symptoms like yours
