Hi I have been on the HRT patches for about 5 months but havnt been feeling it lately so moved onto the Gel, after 2 days of just two pumps at night im feeling a bit light headed and just not right so i did 1 pump this morning to see if it helps. thinking maybe still not enough of a dose. My doctor said i can go up to 4 pumps if i need to..Just wondering if I should change to taking it all in the mornings instead of night-time. or all at night?
All so confusing what is best.

I have just swapped from 4 pumps of gel onto patches because all my symptoms came back with the gel. GP told me they’re the maximum dose I can have from them.

I was having hot flushes, night sweats, lightheaded, brain fog (was awful), anxiety and my mood was very, very low.

I did all 4 pumps in the morning, which is what my gp had said. Not sure if that was the right call or not though.
