HRT and alcohol

Anyone else finding that the 2 don't mix?

I found menopause & alcohol don’t mix…it’s not the HRT

From a health point of view, too much alcohol post meno is not great.
Alcohol carries a higher risk for breast cancer than HRT ( if you have more than 2 units a day, most days.) Obviously the occasional drink is fine.

I don't drink much anyway.
I'm just finding that drinking anything on hrt is making me feel horrendous.

My alcohol tolerance has massively improved on HRT. I've gone from getting a raging hangover from one glass of wine to being totally hangover free after a really heavy night out. I'm not so sure that's a good thing though!
