Nausea/Travel Sickness?

Has anyone else found they've had a weaker stomach in perimenopause? I'm 47 and have always had a strong stomach, completely fine on a ferry in gale force winds, etc., but since last year, I seem to feel travel sick more often when I'm a car passenger and have more digestive issues generally. Could it be something hormonal? I'm not actually sick, just feel nauseous when DH drives.

I still have regular periods but I must be hurtling towards menopause at my age.Grin

Thanks, @whatisforteamum. Was it a sign that your periods were about to stop or anything? Or just one of general menopausal symptoms?
