I switched over to this HRT a month ago as the one I was one previously wasn't really making that much difference. I've just finished my first pack, but for the last few days I've felt a bit odd, sick, headache, irritable, tired etc. I was sick on Tuesday morning, the best way to describe it is a cross between morning sickness and a hangover. Not meaning to sound like a hypochondriac, but I've really felt quite rough. I had covid a few weeks ago, dont know if that makes a difference.

Watching with interest.
I am in my first month of femoston 1/10
First couple of weeks fine. Bit of lightheadedness and slight headache. But, had an emotional wobble day 14/ 15. Was stress at work but my reaction was over-emotional and actually got into trouble at work. Too forthright and then floods of tears. [Manager did shocked and disappointed on me]. Day after, apart from major embarrassment and feeling diminished in my manager's eyes, was ok but very tired.
Feel ok today. [Still diminished- need to get over that].
But, keeping a diary now of possible side effects.
