Testosterone without other HRT

I would like to try testosterone (for libido & energy) but am not on HRT as have no other issues.
Has anyone been able to get some but not be on HRT? I have got to the top of the Newson appt list so need to know whether it is worth the appt cost!

My GP said they could introduce testosterone after three months of normal hrt. I’m on my second month of it now …

Thanks for the reply Arrietty - how are you finding it? Did the GP actually say you needed to start on HRT first - or was that to address other symptoms?

Hiya. I’m a believer in replacing lost hormones, so wanted to try Hrt. It took a month, but has def helped with hot flushes - I have them much less. What I’d like really is better orgasm, so I’m going to ask to try testosterone for that
