Have anyone had a bleed after 2 years of no periods?

made the mistake of googling and now thinking I better check what the " norm" is

I’d say get it checked out. May be nothing but definitely get checked.

I would get it checked out. It may be nothing, but is a symptom of cancer.

I did - bang on two years after the last one. Phone call to GP and referred for a hysteroscopy. Had this done a couple of weeks later and all was fine - consultant said the body just sometimes likes to have a final hurrah! They said to come back to them if it happened again but am a year on and nothing since.

Definitely have it checked out.
Usually you're considered to have reached menopause if you don't have a period for a year.
There's a very good chance it will be nothing, but you can't assume that
