Hi, I’m new to HRT and wondered if any of you can help me. I’m on 2 pumps of Oestrogel and 200ml of Utrogestan two weeks on two weeks off. I was told to start Utrogestan on day 15 of my current cycle which I did.
Now, my periods are regular but around 24 days between the cycles which means that I have come on my period today but still have 3 nights of Utrogestan to take before my 2 week break. Does this sound right and do I just carry on 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off regardless of periods/bleeding?
