Evorel patches and tight clothes

Hi
I've just started on Evorel 50 patches. So far so good. I'm putting the patch on my hip/buttock. It's covered by my knickers.
The leaflet says not to place the patch under tight clothes but all my clothes are tight Blush. I mean knickers, tights, skinny jeans, running leggings are all tight. Is that OK? Or am I meant to only wear loose baggy clothes Confused

I've been using evorel patches for 3 years and wear running leggings, gym leggings and skinny jeans all the time and have never had any issues, it doesn't really matter what you wear IMO.

It probably means not to put them somewhere the waistband of tight clothing would dig into the middle of the patch as this might affect how well it sticks.

Thanks. That's what I was hoping. Just checking I'm not doing it wrong.

I always put them on my bum cheeks, I wear close fitting microfibre knickers over, which don't rub the patch. I've only had one fall off (no idea why?) And I wear tight jeans most days, I swim too.

I have loads fall off - especially the conti ones - what am I doing wrong?! I put them at the top of my bum in a place that is covered by my Bridget Jones knickers. But they seem to go a bit wet underneath Envy and then come off, even before I’ve showered. They also get a bit sore. Got some delightful scabby bits from the last one. Think I might be allergic Sad

Mine go the opposite, they are really dry and crinkly by the time they have to come off. I really wonder how much I absorb from them as they are so dry. Occasionally they itch a bit round the edges as the adhesive seems to creep.
