Where do you buy your vits & supplements from?

I'm feeling a bit peri-menopausal and bleugh, and definitely needing some supplements. I used to dip into the Victoria Health website as and when I'd need bits and pieces before; however, I can't justify the prices any more, given that I need help with my peri-menopausal skin, hair and energy levels (I can never seem to find a supplement that addresses all my mid 40s concerns). Where do other MNers find supplements that work and are reasonably priced?

I take Lumity which are not reasonably priced! However the doctor who formulated Lumity has set up her own brand called Firebird. Excellent formulations so do have a look there
