Feeling very low on Evorel Sequi

Does anyone else have this problem. I'm coming to the end of my first 3 months on this medication and so I've had a good try.
The two weeks on Evorel 50 are fine but the two weeks on Everol conti are making me feel almost suicidal. Not suicidal though... but very dark thoughts.

Every little thing makes me cry... I wanted HRT to help with my moods and periods the most (as well as various other reasons) but I'm a mess.

I've made an appointment for a phone consultation tomorrow but have pulled the plaster of misery off my derrière and I have no idea if that's good or bad.

A word of encouragement or a little support would help me so much now.

At the time I am fairly sure that the progesterone was not changed - just the addition of the gel pump. However, after a while of being on this regime the oestrogen gel had supply issues. So my prescription had to be changed.

I then went onto an oestrogen only patch Estradot which I put on every day. Alongside Uterogestan tablets that you take for a certain number of days in the month.

This actually worked very well for me and I found this a very good combination.

However, I did get fed up in the end of the whole rigmarole of patches and tablets! And whilst travelling around Spain in June, due to the heat, the patches wouldn't stick. So I just took myself off it all completely.

In my case, I have actually been fine since and maybe I was already through the worst so I don't regret that decision at all. Although that being said, it is probably not recommended to make changes like that without taking medical advice first. Just because I was away for a few weeks and that option wasn't open to me at the time.

However, the HRT treatment was definitely very helpful to me overall and definitely for me the option of Uterogestan and Estradot was the best combination overall.
