Good menopausal sex….

Anyone managed this and got any tips. I’m struggling with the transition from quickly getting aroused to now it taking for bloody ever.

Im at the can’t be arsed staged but I’m only 52!

I use a lubricant, I’m on a pill hrt and have an oestrogen pessary. Wonder if a gel would be better.

No personal experience, but meno drs would suggest testosterone.

You can't get it from a GP though- you'd need a consultation with a private meno gynae.

The nurse at the menopause clinic told me that GPs could prescribe testosterone ( I am in Wales). But yes, I have also heard this can help reduced sex drive.

I have heard some women say that their sex drive dipped for a while at menopause but then recovered.
