PMT normal, peri is mainly hot sweats, crap sleep, hot flushes, mood swings, forgetfulness with periods

Definitely not pregnant 🤦‍♀️Phew!! Doctor told me I’m peri menopausal… I’m 46

Yes it's normal think of all the hideous PMT symptoms and times by 10...that's peri for you🥵

No advice really apart from wearing a good supportive bra at all times even in bed, it will pass you're having a spike in oestrogen that will level off, apparently it's your bodies last attempt at getting you ready for pregnancy it goes into overdrive a for a while....... which is nice😤
