Hope this is ok to post. Not a lot of people on Endometriosis chats have experience of Utrogestan.
I’m on 200mg at bedtime. First night I took it I felt like I was stoned for what of a better description lol. Second night good sleep but vivid dreams and then last night no sedative effect but dreaming a lot, I’m shattered today.
Does this level out ? I’m on this permanently no breaks as I have to stop my periods to halt any endometriosis re growth, can’t take anything else either due to them causing migraines.
I haven’t had any other side offers but do feel a bit groggy and low mood but to be expected I suppose until my body gets used to it.
Anyone else take this alone and felt better after a while ?
