Brain fog

Hi , I’m on Continuous 3 pumps of Oestrogel & Utrogestan since June . My sleep has improved but still not great & I’ve still got achy hips .
However the brain fog is really getting me down sometimes I can’t remember words and tonight I was pronouncing words incorrectly when speaking to my daughter she said mum you’ve got serious speech problems ( she was exaggerating she’s a teen ) . I don’t know if it’s tiredness as I’m constantly exhausted during the day and have no motivation for anything

Has anyone else experienced this ?

You are me! The gobbledygook that comes out of my mouth is terrible. I can hear myself and wonder what the rest of the world thinks. You are not alone. It's really starting to affect my confidence.

Omg jerkinthemerkin, it’s frightening when it happens my anxiety kicks in and my heart races .
Your right about the confidence it makes me scared to open my mouth.
It’s not all the time , I had to take my daughter to a class tonight & I’m so tired , on the way I just couldn’t pronounce my words correctly .
I always hoped that HRT would help me but tbh I don’t think it is sadly

@Frostytiger87 I don't know what to suggest but it's getting to the stage where I have to talk a lot slower and try to visualise what I want to say before I speak. Using every word to describe something before I get to the right one is getting very tiring and my DD doesn't appreciate being called all of her cousin's names before I get to her name either GrinConfused
