Libido gone, on Tibolone already, will vagifem or ovestin help?

Mid fifties. Went on Tibolone late 40s to deal with a bunch of menopause related symptoms including a vanished sex drive.

It worked well, very well! At one point we were at it far more than we ever were in our twenties (happy days indeed) ... but in the past few months my libido has vanished, the usual things which would arouse me (saucy fanfic? Touch? The trusty vibrator?) do very little. It's as if my privates have gone on strike.

At first lube helped, but now my body just is not engaging at all, and to have any sort of moderately satisfying shag is a mixture of dedicating enormous time combined with a shedload of luck.

I love DH dearly and we enjoyed sex and ideally I'd like it back please. I'm not asking for the moon, an okayish bonk weekly or even fortnightly would be better than nothing.

Need to check in with the GP to have my Tibolone prescription renewed soon anyway.
What should I ask her about? Vagifem? Ovestin? Other?

Any other tips including novel sex toys are v welcome by the way.

Vagifem and Ovestin are to sort out vaginal and bladder atrophy not libido. Sorry!

Tibolone is supposed to be one of the 'better' types for libido.
You might need testosterone. Your GP can't prescribe it as it's not officially licensed for women but you can get it from a private meno gynae.
