HRT and blood pressure

Does anyone know if you can take Oestrogel and Utrogesten whilst on Ramipril for blood pressure. I stopped my HRT a few months ago as i felt it wasn't cutting through the symptoms. I was going to get a coil but decided against that and now I'm back to square one with the added joy of high bp which the male doctors say isn't hormone related but is always far higher when the period is about to start.
I have a few months of HRT left over and want to try it again since my symptoms are driving me crazy.
Thanks x

Phone your chemist and ask to speak to the pharmacist, they will tell you if it’s okay or not.

Am pretty sure the answer is YES.
This is because women with high BP are allowed to use HRT as long as their BP is controlled (so that would be by using meds.)

The risk of blood clots and heart disease from high BP is actually reduced using estrogen.

Have you read the leaflets in the packs of both as it usually lists meds that are contraindicated?
