Femostone - amazing skin, hair and nails!

Hi there,

I've only just started using HRT, I'm 46 and still have my periods regularly but have awful other symptoms like bad sleep, low moods etc.

I've only been taking Femostone 1/10 for a week and already seeing noticeable results. I feel normal again which is amazing, but the other big change is my skin, hair and nails. It looks so much better, my hair looks luscious, nails are so much stronger already and my skin looks brighter.

Is this normal? x

I have been on it for a month. My skin seems to be glowing.

How have you found the second half? I due to start those for the first time nex

It was meant to say that I am due to start next week the second half (the grey pills).

No I’m finding it ok . Was on Ellest duo before this and had severe pmt but on femostone everything was fine . Fingers crossed for month 2 .

I am day 5 on Femeston.
How are you all going?

I felt better very quickly, but it was a bit up and down for the first month. It made me really hot at night which I never suffered from. And also gave me insomnia for about a week. But I persevered and now the side effects seem to have gone and I feel great 👍 Better then I have done for ages!
