Tips for starting HRT please

Any tips/good ideas/things to watch out for please?!

I have been prescribed progesterone to take for 14 days. And the spray for each day.

Currently taking cerazette and unsure whether or not to come off this when starting.

Thanks @Rebeccasmoonnecklace - the dr said makes no difference whether I stay on the pill or not and technically don't actually need to be on it contraception wise so maybe best to stop. Not sure though. Chemist is a good shout.
