Everel sequi or conti

Hi. Having trouble getting started with HRT. Started on the combi tablet. Had a slight bleed for a few days after a month of use. Then after some reading discovered the patches were safer. But the G.P has given me everal sequi. This is the one that aimed at keeping a cycle going. I've not had a period in 10 years am I right in thinking this isn't the right patch ?

You are right.

It should be Evorel conti BUT some women still prefer sequi as it means they only use the progestogen part for half a month (and it's the part that can cause side effects)

Thanks I thought so. Just hope my G.P will swap it. Tbh I don't think they know all that much about the subject. I stopped having bleeds 10 years ago and I'm 55 so no idea why I'd be swapped from a combined pill to a sequi patch
