I have started HRT ( Everol Conti patches)
My main symptoms have been weight gain, rage, anxiety and a total lack of interest in anything.
It has really helped my anxiety and rage but I still have no get up and go, enthusiasm for anything. All the things I used to love ( gardening, cooking) I just can't be bothered with.
I just want to want to do my garden or cook a lovely meal, or enjoy a holiday or a meal out again. Is there a better HRT for this? Thanks v much.
