This irregular cycle has been going on for about 2.5 years now after me being not quite clockwork, but between a 21 and 28 day cycle. I'm 45 and not on any hormonal contraception or HRT. I'm glad I'm not sexually actively as I'd be panicking every month otherwise Grin I get pain in my right breast a day or two before my period is due and it feels like engorgement pain like with I was breastfeeding. I didn't have that in my younger years, just my last 3 cycles. Skin is good, hair is, well, it's my hair, it does what it likes but is healthy and behaving, appetite varies, energy is a rare commodity but I walk about 40 miles a week anyway (school run), constantly tired and in bed by 8 most nights.

That looks like a classic perimenopausal change in the pattern of periods to me. It's similar to how I was at 44/45.

What I didn't have is breast pain or excess tiredness. If I were you I'd see your GP. You don't normally need blood tests to diagnose perimenopause, but you might possibly have low iron levels.

I have endometriosis and I'm happy if I'm menopausal as it means the end is in sight.
