Post menopausal supplements. What should I take?

I'm 58, on HRT (Estradot and Mirena);

I'm overweight (BMI of 32), have a bad back and achy knees, but I do do medium level HIITs 3-4 times a week, any trying to get into Pilates though my back is an issue!

My diet is okay; though too much wine which I'm addressing, otherwise fairly low carbs.

I am wondering whether to go on Vit D, Omega 3 and Turmeric.

Any thoughts?

TIA

I'm 49 and not menopausal yet but obviously it's coming!

I take a supplement called Lumity which I quite like. And when I'm having a break from that (like right now) I take vitamin D, vitamin K (for the absorption of the Vit D) and vitamin C

Most are pretty useless though so it's a bit of a minefield really.

Slightly older thread; any other input?

I'm 57 and postmenopausal. I'm not on HRT, I haven't felt the need.

I take Menopace with calcium, vitamin D, Boots red clover Isoflavones and sometimes I take glucosamine and turmeric.

So I take loads, but I feel good on it.

I take Lamberts Fema 45+ after seeing them recommended on here. Haven't felt the need for HRT so far, and I went through menopause about a year ago.

Also vitamin B compound

I think vitamin D is essential for good health.

I take a multivitamin, Vit D 2000u and a fish oil every day. Add Vit C if I have a cold, am under stress, etc

I forgot to say - I was taking vitamin D 1000u then at the start of covid I upped it to 2000u.
