Finally after a hellish year of me vag being like the gobi desert, reurrent Uti’s, thrush, and incontinence etc all caused by lack of oestrogen. Tried the internal creams, tablets and suppositories. Ok for a while, but due to too much ferking about all the above problems all came back. I had to research the vaginal ring (estring). Docs agreed & in it went. A bit like the cap. It can feel like a tampon that has been put in wrong of you don’t get it positioned right. But a bit of ferking about and it’s fine.
And what a difference. Free from infections, and incontinence within a week. Such freedom. Still need a bit of lube. He said he had felt it, but it didn’t cause him or me any discomfort.
