I’m so confused right now and was wondering if anyone out there could help!
I’m 34, came off the pill a year ago and my periods took a while to settle down but the settled into a 33-36 day cycle which is similar to what I was on before I was on it.
Then earlier this year I had two blips I had a 38 and 42 cycle but then it’s gone back to normal.
However since having the vaccine, my last two periods have been lighter than my usual flow.
I’ve got quite thick hair and I’ve noticed that I’m losing a little in the shower when I’m washing and brushing it and amount I lose seems to change during my cycle?
I have no other peri symptoms other than the hair and the lighter periods?
My mum hit menopause during her 40’s but I didn’t expect signs yet, I’m just confused!!
