Period suddenly stopped - does my HRT need adjusting?

Hello - hoping one of the menopause experts on here will be able to offer some advice; I've had such bad experiences in the past with GPs that I almost feel I need to know what the problem is so that I can suggest what I think would be the solution!

I'm 42, went on HRT about five years ago due to premature ovarian failure. Had a baby via donor egg IVF a year and a half ago, and I've been back on HRT for a year.

I use three pumps of oestrogel daily, one pump of tostran gel every other day, and take Utrogestan on days 15-26.

I've noticed that in the last few months I'm not getting the usual bleed, whereas I used to get a few days of a "period" during the cycle. This dwindled to a couple of days of bleeding and now nothing.

I'm a bit worried that something is wrong, as we're hoping to try IVF again in the next six months or so. I'm definitely not pregnant - I've taken an occasional test just to remove that possibility - so should I go to the doc?

Thank you in advance!

I should also add - I've been feeling really 'down' and tearful recently, and eating everything I can get my hands on. Possibly unrelated as I do have some work stress, but thought it might be worth mentioning.

I would definitely go back to the doctors, you have symptoms and something clearly isn't right. Maybe just need a dose adjustment?
