Everol Sequi

I have been on everol sequi for about 8 months and it has been working well. You have everol 50 patches for 2 weeks and then everol conti patches for 2 weeks. When I first started them I was advised by the GP to start them when I had my period. Anyway, I have somehow got of sequence with them due to some not sticking and having some as spares and I don’t know what patch I should be on now. So, to start them again from scratch - do I need to wait for my period again? I have taken off an everol 50 yesterday. I didn’t really want to wait for my period as that could be a while. If anyone has any advice that would be great! Thank you

I’m on these and have got out of sequence. I’ve had 3 migraines in a row and took patch off yesterday thinking I’ll contact GP for advice!! Eeek. No help to you, did you get sorted?

@Glowlamp in the end I just started again on the everol 50 and have got into a new pattern. It’s easy to get out of sequence on them! Did you speak to your GP?
