Does anyone else struggle with sleep & have any suggestions what to do? I'm 53, post menopause, not on any her. Have debilitating fatigue yet unable to sleep. It's exhausting when working full time. The only time I seem to fall into restful sleep is when it's time to get up which means every day starts grumpy & tired. I've gained about 2 stone since turning 50 but have zero energy for exercise due to lack of sleep Sad

I highly suggest you start HRT. It's a lifesaver.

OP, same! I’ve been up since 3.30.

I’ve tried herbal supplements and they seem to work at first but then fail.

I’m thinking it’s time for HRT because I am exhausted at work all the time.

I'm confused by hrt but I'll try anything if it helps me sleep

This is me has been for years no hrt either same age, hard to function most days.

I've been on HRT for three weeks and I have slept longer and longer. Hoping that soon will get a full night! Try hrt, if you had a broken leg, you wouldn't avoid getting it treated would you?
I mean I say that like I haven't tried every other method before Hrt but am fully on board now.

Look up Dr Louise Newson, she has a website which is a mine of information. Really good advice and a true advocate for women's health. No nonsense and factual. I learned a huge amount regarding how depleted hormones affect our bodies. Really helpful advice. Good luck!

My sleep has improved massively since starting hrt in July
