Oestrogel and cellulite

I’ve recently started using oestrogel as a top up to my Evorel patches. I’ve applied it to my upper arm some days and inner thigh on others. I have cellulite on my thighs: is the oestrogel likely to affect this at all, for better or worse?

I use it and haven't noticed any difference, although I don't have much thigh cellulite. I can't imagine it would improve it though, because there would be much talk and demand for it if it did.
