Reallllllly sore boobs!

Anyone else?! I'm checking for lumps, but wow, the last few months, my boobs are SO sore!!!!! I mean, they're hefty at the best of times but they are so heavy and I dread taking my bra off at night! Im also sleeping in a bralette. I've read up on it and had no idea that it was a symptom of peri menopause

Yep. I take a good quality Evening Primrose Oil, not the cheap stuff from Boots, and I find it helps even though they can still get painful pre-period sometimes.
Non wired bra. Good supportive sports bra when needed. And a bra let for bed. I sometimes wear a light sports bra instead of a bra on my days off, bought them from Sainsbury’s, they’re so comfy.

I also take Oil of Evening Primrose on the advice of my GP. It sorted the problem for me. Good luck.

Same problem here so will get some evening primrose oil.

I would jump for joy if it didn't hurt so bloody much....

I got this, it was horrible. Even walking was traumatic. I tried Agnus Castus after a recommend on here and it's worked beautifully. I hardly get it now and if I do I up the dose as I usually only take half. Hope you get sorted, it's awful
