I think I'm in perimenopause, just wondering if anyone else has experienced flu-like symptoms as part of it?
I feel like I constantly have a cold, it's not Covid and it's here a lot. I had heard that cold flushes are also a thing so wondered if I am cycling cold and hot flushes which mimics feeling a bit like I have a cold. I also have a stuffy nose which I think can also be a menopause thing...
Has anyone else had this?
