I'm 48 the last year or so periods been very erratic and they've always been painful (my whole life) but I'm on day 4 of such severe cramps I thought I might pass out this morning
They are very VERY bad, my back is killing mr too, is this normal?
I can't get comfortable, it's too painful to sleep and the pain seems to radiate into my thighs
I can't take ibuprofen (I'm on lithium) and paracetamol isn't touching it
