Menopace

Does anyone take menopause with other vitamins? I need to take an iron tablet and vitamin d but feel like menopace work for now, but didn't want to take too much of something.

I used to use a type of Menopace with Rhapontic Rhubarb and it was amazing. I have stopped now due to HRT patches but I think it really helped. I used to take with vitamin d, evening primrose and starflower

@Esmecat why did you stop taking Menopace after starting HRT? They're just vitamins. Do they affect the HRT?

I take normal Menopace, iron, Vit D spray, turmeric, St John's Wort, collagen and a skin/hair/nails vitamin.

I worry the skin vitamin might be overkill.
