I have been on patches for a few months and they worked so well at first but some symptoms started to return so the GP felt adding a bit more oestrogen might help some symptoms but as the patches only come in one dose she gave me the gel to add one pump a day or eod if that made me have too many side effects.
I tried the gel tonight for the first time and the edges of where it was on my skin became itchy. Not unbearable but annoying. I often get v itchy legs but it was only one leg so assumed it was the gel & not my usual. Has anyone else had it itch the first few times using it and for the itching to go away or is it likely this medium isn’t suitable for me?
I’ll keep going for a while with it to see but was curious if anyone had experienced similar and for it to go away.
