Painful red spots on nose

For a couple of years now I’ve had small red spots on the end of my nose. They get a white head, and are very tender if I touch them.
I now don’t moisturise my nose as that seems to make it worse.
I’ve used a cleanser for blackheads which does nothing.
I think wearing masks for work doesn’t help, but at lest it hides them.
Any one else had this ?

Just in case anyone comes across this in the future, I’ve had success with not moisturising my nose and putting a bit of blackhead cleanser on instead. Seems to be working for me.
