Has anyone utilised a workplace menopause policy? If so, what worked for you?

Our organisation has recently implemented one which is fab. Has anyone else got such a policy and if so, have you benefited from it in any way?

No but I work for the Nhs and am about to look ours up as I'm struggling at work. Hope you found some answers op.
