Hello - so am on oestrogen (3 pumps) plus progesterone for 12 days on / off. Am switching to Evorel 75 and have the patches, but it isn't clear when I can switch - shall I just switch? Or do you need to wait for a specific time - the leaflet is unclear. As I'm still going to be taking the progesterone, I'm presumably just swapping like for like (oestrogen wise??)
Shall I just ditch the gel tonight and stick on the patch? I'm on day one of the progesterone tablet tonight too, if that makes any difference..
