I am 54 and am on evorel sequi. Been using it for some time, maybe a year. Before starting it my periods were irregular and often heavy with flooding. Also had hot flushes.
Since starting evorel sequi the hot flushes stopped and bleeds became regular and lighter, sometimes only spotting or light and usually for 5-6 days.
However over the last 6 wks or so I am getting very hot at night, and am not sleeping well. I sleep ok from 10pm to about 2am and then cannot get back to sleep.
And the worst thing is that I have now been spotting, bleeding lightly for 2 weeks!
Do I need a different dose or different meds?
