Complaint a GP surgery

Hi just posted on the end of another thread then decided to start my own.

Just made a complaint to my GP surgery after the doctor I spoke to told me that "HRT only really helps with hot flushes and since I'm coping with those I don't need it"
Then sent me for blood tests which "didn't come back, I rang 4 times and left it 18 days in total. 6 weeks from the time of my first e-consult.
Then when I pushed for a second appointment the young male receptionist suddenly found my blood test results and informed me that they were "normal" no figures given and that I was not menopausal.
Didn't offer another appointment or any other advice or information.
I'm so cross and frankly fed up of putting up with their crap.
Does anybody have an helpful links or advice as I'm determined to push this and get treated with a shred of decency?
(I've already quoted several NICE guidelines that they didn't acknowledge)
