Menopause symptoms after tubes tied anyone

Hello, I’m just wondering if anyone has had meno symptoms since being sterilised? I have all the menopause symptoms since, I’ve felt like this for 7 years. Doctors say it’s not possible because my ovaries are still there but I’ve not felt right for a VERY long time. I’m just wondering if anyone has experience the same thing

I had tubal ligation after 4 c section. The consultant apologised for initially refusing sterilisation. For the last 2 years alongside recurrent pericarditis ( possible link to long covid) I have had night sweats, 24 hour hot flushes , weight gain etc. After trying holland and barret I contacted gp via econsult requesting blood test for menopause. Go rang and suggest anti depressants etc but I I sister on blood tests. A wek later blood tests show clear menopause despite still have some periods. An appointment was booked with gp to sort out hrt but when I arrived gp refused prescription due to health risks. I demanded another gp and was called 2 days later with a fab gp who offered all alternatives but then prescribed patches and then suppositories for progesterone. Already seeing an ease in symptoms .
