Peri, HRT and tiredness

I'm 4 years in to peri and have HRT. It's great with lots of the symptoms, but I still get very tired - as in, I can just about get to the end of an 8 hour working day but then I'm totally done in (have to go for a lie down for an hour or more). This isn't normal for me. Does anyone have any idea of what it might be? Thinking of going back to the doc to get my bloods done again. It's been 8 months since my last p if that's relevant.

Sometimes you need to add testosterone for that final part of the puzzle, it doesn’t just help with libido, it’s energy too

I take androfemme from Newson clinic, I can’t get it from the NHS so have to pay privately, it’s £130 a tube!

It’s early days for me, it officially takes 3 months so nothing to report yet
Sometimes just getting your oestrogen levels right is the answer too
