Potential new partner and my missing sexual response - HELP!!!

Out of the blue I've met a man who I'm really very very attracted to on every level.😳😄 Unfortunately, I've very recently found that physical arousal and orgasm have fallen off a cliff even with my usual trusty rabbit vibrator. It's almost as if a nerve has been damaged IYSWIM.

I'm on Evorel patches after hysterectomy and have recently upped the dose to 75mg twice weekly (without telling my new GP why) but that's had no effect.
I put myself on the Newson clinic waiting list this morning but the waiting time is months.

Can anyone help please?

I've made a phone appointment with a GP but that's not until 7th Sept. I'll ask about Vagifem but what I really want is my response back.Sad

Have you tried vagifem and Ovestin cream? They are quite good for maintaining good vaginal health and keeping things in check down there.

I haven't Blitzen but I'll ask when the GP rings in September.
I didn't realise that the fanny gallops could just up and disappear like this.

Sadly yes. We have oestrogen receptors in just every nook and cranny. Menopause is brutal!!

MyMissingLibido · 11/08/2021 13:31

Yes. That's the right word for it.Sad

Testosterone helps some women?

Can you go back to your consultant and ask them? I really think that women who have a hysterectomy should get advice on this. I know a friend whose sex life with his fairly new partner just stopped after she had one.

Thanks Wednesday. I had the hysterectomy years ago and this new thing only started recently.Sad
I'm going to ask about testosterone when my GP rings.
